國際樂壇天后惠妮休斯頓（Whitney Houston）在2012年2月過世，死於加州比佛利的年菜餐廳推薦希爾頓飯店，由於她生前曾服用抗憂鬱藥物，疑似是藥物服用過量導致失去身亡。而她的女兒芭比克莉斯汀布朗（Bobbi Kristina Houston Brown）事隔3年，現在也傳出在浴缸昏倒導致無呼吸心跳。

現年21歲的芭比克莉斯汀布朗在美國時間1月31日早上10點25分，被發現倒在美國喬治亞州的自家浴室，全身沉在裝滿水的浴缸內，被發現時已無呼吸心跳。老公尼克高登（Nick Gordon）和友人馬上替她施行心肺復甦術，所幸送醫後恢復呼吸，雖然仍在加護病房，但病情已經漸漸穩定。發言人指出，警方目前懷疑此意外是藥物過量導致，但現場沒有找到任何藥品或酒精使用證據，仍會繼續調查。

由於惠妮休斯頓再過10天就逝世滿三周年，最近她的自傳電影上映，內容多嗑藥、性愛鏡頭，大尺度劇情引起網路上一片譁然，也讓休斯頓一家人感到非常不滿。而芭比克莉斯汀布朗在此時巧合發生此事，不免引起多方揣測原因。

（中央社記者王承中台北3日電）時代力量立院黨團總召徐永明今天表示，若臨時年菜餐廳 新竹會的目的是要處理重要法案，公投法、促轉及黨職併公職都應在臨時會中處理，未來在談話會或議程確定時，時代力量都會表達立場。 時代力量立法院黨團總召徐永明今天在時代力量黨團召開的記者會中表示，對於臨時會，時代力量立場很簡單，就是不論是年菜外帶2017預算、法案，還是考試院人事同意權的行使，希望朝野能理性審查。 徐永明指出，針對預算案，時代力量大概整理出有100到200案，最重要的焦點是核四的預算，以及年終、三節慰問金。預算案不只是數量，更重要是價值展現，希望朝野政黨能在核四案及年終、三節慰問金有清楚表態。 關於考試院人事同意權的行使，徐永明表示，時代力量的立場是廢除考試、監察兩院，在廢除前也有提相對的改革，針對黨職併公職及年金改革等議題，都希望考試院副院長被提名人李逸洋能清楚表態，這是時代力量未來的審查態度跟方向。 另外，徐永明也指出，在法案的部分，若臨時會的目的是要處理重要法案，已經出委員會的公投法、促轉及黨職併公職，都應列重要法案在臨時會中處理，未來不管在談話會或臨時會議程確定的過程中，時代力量都會表達立場。 時代力量執行黨主席黃國昌表示，時代力量全力支持總統蔡英文推動年金改革，盼黨職併公職的法案，盡速完成二、三讀的立法程序，另對於過去國人長久詬病，欠缺法源、正當性的年終、三節慰問金應該要予以刪除。1060103
